Quick Change Tool Posts

Quick change tool posts avoid the time consuming practice of shimming cutting tools to achieve the required height. Once the height is set, the tool holder and tool can be removed in the knowledge that when replaced it will re-located exactly. Additional tool holders can be set aside together with the tool for dedicated work. Vee holders are used to accommodate round tooling, they can also accommodate square tooling which will bridge the vee. All our parting off holders are supplied with a blade. Additional replacement blades are listed, and quick change tool posts are available for each lathe in the Warco range.
