Advantages of the ER collet system

• By far the most versatile collet system.

• The main advantage is the ability for the collets to grip both imperial and metric sizes.

• Threaded shank or plain shank cutters can be used.

• The ER system is an industry standard, originally for use on milling machines.

• To widen the application, we have introduced an inexpensive ER collet chuck to fit to a lathe backplate. Bar stock can pass through the collet and lathe spindle.

• The ability to use similar collets for both lathe and milling machines results in exceptional versatility and value.

Postage and packaging within mainland UK is free for orders over £50 for the majority of orders, with the following exceptions:

• Machinery weighing 500kg or more - delivery price varies according to size, weight and location; subject to quote.
• Spare parts - minimum delivery charge is £4.50.
• Stands or trays ordered without a machine - delivery price is £50, but there's no extra charge if ordered at the same time as a machine.
• Used machinery - delivery price varies according to size, weight and location.
• For orders under £50 - UK mainland delivery is £6.50.
